What Are Your Operating Hours?
We operate 24/7, but our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with Saturday appointments available by request. We are generally closed on major holidays. Services outside regular hours and on holidays may be subject to additional fees, so please call in advance.
What Geographic Locations Do You Cover?
We serve the West Houston area, including suburbs like Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond, Fulshear, and Missouri City. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just ask. We also offer services outside of this region and even internationally for some tasks

Is There a Mileage Charge?
We offer the first 25 miles of travel at no additional cost. After that, there’s a separate mileage fee based on the distance.
When Does Billing Begin?
Billing starts when we begin the service and ends once the task is completed or delivery is made. Travel time is also considered billable.
How Do You Handle Third-Party Purchases?
If your task involves purchasing items or services from a third party, the costs are your responsibility in addition to our service fees. Our concierge can make purchases on your behalf, but full reimbursement is expected upon delivery. For major purchases, we may require upfront funds or prepayment.
